Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

UPS
FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

 

Returns Policy 

Customer satification is our top priority and we will do everything we can to make your experience a good one. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping or you can choose to recieve a full amount store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Open unused products can be returned for store credit minus shipping. Food items cannot be returned.

How to return an item

With an account

1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the order.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

    • Quantity to return
    • Return reason
    • Return action  
    • Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

Once your request has been processed you will receive an email with a return shipping label and RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

*Please note returns without an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization) will NOT be accepted! 

Without an account

  1. Use the Contact Us form

  2. Fill out the required fields 

    • Select "Shipping/Returns" for Reason
    • Be sure to include your Order Number
    • Under Details tell us your reason for return and what action (i.e. Refund, Store credit) you are requesting

Once your request has been processed you will receive an email with a return shipping label and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Typically refunds take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
